Greetings to the vibrant community of TTC Kirambo! 🌟
Today marked an exciting chapter in our journey toward innovative and effective teaching practices. The dedicated educators, including the Tutors of Sciences, TMP of SET, DOS, and our esteemed Principal, gathered in CoP to dive into the fascinating realm of Learning Through Play with Technology. The Right to Play training has indeed been a game-changer, empowering us to explore and discover through the engaging methodologies of tinkering and making.

One of the highlights of the day was a hands-on exploration of chemical compounds, specifically Methane (CH4), H2O (Water), and the intriguing Tetrahedral orbital shape. The dynamic session brought together theory and practical application, allowing us to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and interactive, immersive learning experiences.

The art of tinkering and making not only enhances our understanding of complex concepts but also cultivates a spirit of curiosity and experimentation among our student teachers. By incorporating these methods into our teaching approach, we aim to create an environment where learning becomes a joyful and collaborative endeavor.

As we delved into the world of chemical compounds, the enthusiasm and engagement were palpable. The interactive session provided a platform for educators to not only deepen their own understanding but also develop creative ways to convey these concepts to our future educators—our students.
At TTC Kirambo, we believe that fostering a hands-on, exploratory mindset is crucial for shaping the educators of tomorrow. The Right to Play training has equipped us with the tools to integrate technology seamlessly into our teaching practices, transforming our classrooms into dynamic hubs of learning.

As we reflect on today’s tinkering session, we are reminded of the power of play in education. It is through these interactive experiences that we inspire a love for learning and cultivate the skills needed for the ever-evolving landscape of education.
Here’s to embracing the spirit of exploration, innovation, and play in education!
