Dear TTC Kirambo Community,
We are thrilled to share the exciting news of a special visit on the 2nd May 2024 from Mr. Xavier, a Science Education Officer representing the JICA/REB PRISM Project. Mr. Xavier’s visit brought a wealth of knowledge and insight to our campus, enriching the learning experience for our students.

During his visit, Mr. Xavier had the privilege of meeting with our dedicated Year 3 ECLPE students who were actively engaged in revising TMP contents on ELP (e_Learning Platform). Under the expert guidance of Mr. Papias Ruhorahoza, our esteemed TMP tutor, the students delved deep into the intricacies of ELP, refining their understanding and skills.

Mr. Xavier’s presence provided a unique opportunity for our students to learn about the JICA/REB PRISM Project firsthand. He shared valuable information about the project’s objectives, initiatives, and the significant impact it aims to make in science education in Rwanda.
The interaction between Mr. Xavier and our students was both inspiring and enlightening. His insights into science education and the innovative approaches being implemented through the JICA/REB PRISM Project sparked meaningful discussions and encouraged our students to explore new perspectives.
He had an opportunity to observe a math lesson delivered by our esteemed tutor, Pascal Nzubahimana, and his presence added a new dimension to our learning environment.

As our students engaged in an interactive math lesson within the innovative setting of our smart classroom, Mr. Xavier had a firsthand glimpse into the dynamic and technology-enhanced teaching practices taking place at TTC Kirambo. The use of digital resources, interactive whiteboards, and multimedia tools facilitated a rich and engaging learning experience for our students.

Pascal Nzubahimana’s expertise in delivering effective math instruction was on full display during the observation. His engaging teaching style, clear explanations, and ability to integrate technology seamlessly into the lesson captivated both students and observers alike. Mr. Xavier had the opportunity to witness firsthand the impact of Pascal’s teaching methods on student learning outcomes.

The visit also provided an invaluable opportunity for dialogue and knowledge sharing between Mr. Xavier and Pascal Nzubahimana. They exchanged ideas, insights, and best practices in math education, contributing to a collaborative learning environment that benefits our entire TTC Kirambo community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Xavier for taking the time to visit our institution and observe our smart classroom in action. His presence and input are invaluable as we continue to strive for excellence in education and innovation in teaching practices.
Thank you, Mr. Xavier, for your support and collaboration with the JICA/REB PRISM Project. Together, we are making a positive impact on science and math education in Rwanda.
Warm regards,
